The Charlotte Tilbury Starry Eyes to Hypnotise eyeshadow palette is a gorgeous new release for the 2019 holiday. Elegantly packaged in a blue box embossed with gold and silver shooting stars all over holding a blue silver glittered rectangular palette. The blue and silver sparkly burst palette has a magnetic open and close closure.
There are 4 different eye shadow sets totaling 12 colors all together. All pigments are rich in color with a smooth buttery texture. It is recommend to use a synthetic brush which will easily blend the shadows. For best results, I personally use an array of Sephora Pro brushes for eye shadows because it applies the shadows evenly smooth. I have noted the following descriptions of each color, texture, and finish below.
